Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented, creative, innovation, detail-oriented and proactive of marketing & event activator Specialist to join our vibrant and innovative marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and consumer engagement through strategic initiatives and activations. Your role will involve implementing creative campaigns / events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute innovative brand campaigns/ events and activations that resonate with target audiences.
- Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and experiential marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer interaction.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, and onsite coordination.
- Collaborate with internal/external partners, influencers, and sponsors to amplify brand reach and leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
- Develop timelines, budgets, and project plans for campaigns and events, and monitor progress against goals.
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future activations.
- Stay updated on industry design trends and industry best practices to continually creative improve campaign and event effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or event management (having experience in agency events is our priority).
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and consumer engagement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
