Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing and Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic M&S offline team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for interpreting data to drive marketing strategy, pricing strategy and optimize campaign performance and very interest with number. This role will be pivotal in providing insights that shape our marketing efforts and contribute to achieving our business objectives.
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Measure and analyze performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and ROI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of improvement or innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics, pricing strategy and analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
