Brand Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Set budgets, performance specifications and sales forecasts.
  • Develop and implement strategies that suit the target market.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs.
  • Build brand awareness and increase brand value and profitability.
  • Increase product sales and market share.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and assess KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.
  • Oversees the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mailing campaigns.
  • Ensure that messaging and marketing activities align with brand and company values.

Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication science equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same position.
  • Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet (Excel), database and presentation software.
  • Detail-orientation and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proactive and excellent time management.
  • Have a good manner.
