Job Descriptions:
- Develop and maintain robust databases to manage online and offline sales data.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights across online and offline channels.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data from offline sales channels, including retail stores and physical events.
- Lead data projects to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast sales trends and customer behavior.
- Work closely with the e-commerce, marketing, operations, and offline business teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and analysis.Proven experience in handling large datasets and complex data systems.
- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
