Brand Specialist

Position Overview:

A Brand Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing a brand’s identity and market presence. This role involves developing strategies to strengthen brand perception, conducting market research, and implementing promotional activities. The Brand Specialist works closely with marketing teams, product managers, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
 

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop branding materials, including advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand initiatives and drive engagement.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and report on performance metrics.
  • Work with product managers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support brand objectives.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any issues or feedback from consumers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the brand competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience with market research, campaign management, and brand strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
    Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in marketing or brand management.
  • Have experience in TV channel cooperation or short drama cooperation.
