Job Descriptions:

• Acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable manner for the creation of e-commerce content on TikTok and Shopee.
• Recruit and liaise with creators currently active on Shopee or TikTok.
• Activate creators and foster their development in collaboration with the agency.

Requirements:

• Experience in acquisition, preferably with a background in MCN or Shopee affiliate team.
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape, particularly in e-commerce content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
