Job Descriptions:
- To end-to-end align and handle the Host under Brand’s Live Streaming Team, due to the needs and improvement of Host quality as the part of Live Streaming Team.
- Communicate effectively with hosts to confirm hosting time availability and provide necessary instructions for upcoming broadcasts.
- Create and manage monthly Host Schedule based on hosting time availability. Align with the Self-Operated Live Streaming Supervisor ensuring coverage for all planned live streaming events.
- Daily monitoring of host performance during the live streaming. ensure the hosts perform well due to the guideline and quality standard of the live streaming of the Brand.
- Conduct regular and monthly performance reviews for hosts, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement, based on daily monitoring result and data.
- Recognize and reward outstanding host performance to encourage motivation and engagement among the host team.
- Compile and review the hosting performance based on Data due to the needs of Host Salary decision.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new hosts, ensuring they understand platform guidelines, technical requirements, and best practices for engaging with the audience.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to help hosts develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Identify trends and patterns of hosting performance and provide insights to the Self-Operated Live Streaming Supervisor for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Having proven experience in live streaming production and management, with a strong understanding of hosting dynamics and technical requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Familiar with Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, Countif, etc). To be proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality live streaming experiences.
