Key Account Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage national modern trade channel & MTI.
  • Controling & negotiation trading term in modern trade handled.
  • Responsible for maximizing revenue and contribution requirements by identifying market opportunities and managing relationships between companies & sales channels/key people in modern trade handled.
  • Make sure promotion event running well.
  • Manage stock availability & visibility in each channel.
  • Handle all feedback and complaints from the main account and resolve them.
  • Create sales reports for each account.


  • Min. Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years in the same position.
  • Experience to handle related category (health & beauty, FMCG).
  • Have a wide and close connection with MT, GT, or channel distribution throughout Indonesia.
  • Experience in distribution, pricing and promotional plans.
  • Result oriented to achieve target.
  • Have effective communication skill.
  • English proficiency is essential.
